How often are masterclasses held, and when?
I hold a live masterclass every month, with twelve during each full 12-month membership year. Sessions are scheduled for Saturdays at 8:00 AM or Tuesdays at 3:00 PM Pacific Time.

What if I miss a live masterclass?
The latest masterclass replay is available to active members until it is replaced by the next one. Earlier masterclass replays are not available.
Can I ask questions during a masterclass?

What courses are included and how long do I have access?
Your membership includes self-paced access to all twelve courses in the Mastery Insights Academy while your membership is active. Course and community access end when the membership ends.
What is the member community?
It is designed for peer learning and connection, not individualized coaching or advisory.
Is Mastery Forum a coaching program?
No. Mastery Forum is a self-directed professional development membership. It does not include individual coaching, private consultation, personalized career strategy or review of personal circumstances.
What is the difference between the 3-month and 12-month options?
Both give you the same membership. The 12-month option is US$2,000 today; the 3-month option is US$550 today. After your chosen initial period, both continue at US$197 per month until canceled.
What happens after my initial period, and how do I cancel?
After your initial period, your membership renews automatically at US$197 per month until you cancel. Cancel future renewals by written request to support (at) masteryinsights.com or through the self-service portal, at least 7 days before the next renewal date; after canceling, your membership continues to the end of the period already paid for. Canceling does not refund fees already paid, except where the law requires.
